To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please take a moment to read through the following shipping details. This will help you know exactly what to expect, every step of the way.
Superior Packaging
Dragonfire fire takes great care in packaging your items to ensure that they arrive safely.
- Workbenches & Larger Cabinets: Shipped on a skid inside a sturdy wooden crate.
- Wall Cabinets: Shrink-wrapped and shipped on a pallet for extra protection.
- Smaller Products: Carefully packed in a padded cardboard box.

Pre-Inspection
Before any product leaves the warehouse, it undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure everything is in perfect condition. Additionally registered serial numbers to ensure traceability, so we can help you quickly if you ever need assistance.

Dragonfire Tools is partnered with trusted U.S. carriers to provide LTL freight shipping directly from the facility to your doorstep. By avoiding unnecessary steps, we pass the savings onto you, while ensuring your order arrives on time.

Delivery Timing
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information, so you can stay up-to-date on its progress. The carrier will reach out to schedule your delivery, and once it arrives at the nearest freight terminal, you’ll have 48 hours to accept the delivery at no extra charge.
- Delivery Days: Monday through Friday.
When your package leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you tracking details along with an estimated delivery date.
A specific delivery window will be provided, so you can plan accordingly.
- Pre-Delivery Confirmation
On the day of delivery, the driver will call ahead to confirm your availability.
Preparing for Your Delivery
Here are a few easy steps to help ensure your delivery goes smoothly:
Curbside Delivery
- A person aged 18 or older must be available at the time of delivery.
- Be sure to have:
- Gloves for protection from cuts and splinters.
- Tin snips for cutting metal straps.
- A crowbar or similar tool to remove the wooden crating.
- For any order with a 9-foot workbench, make sure you have appropriate unloading equipment or access to a loading dock.
Important: Before accepting your delivery, inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice anything, document it with photos and written proof.
If you plan to move the product into your shop on the day of delivery, we recommend having at least two people available to help with unpacking and positioning. Once in place, remove the outer packaging and check for any damage. If there’s an issue, take photos and contact us right away.
White Glove Delivery
- Someone 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery.
- Please make sure there’s a clear path from the delivery vehicle to your garage or workspace—remove any obstacles like cords or shelving.
- Ensure there’s enough space in your garage or shop to easily place your new item.
Important: If you notice any damage to the product upon delivery, please decline the shipment and contact us immediately.
