At The Garage Gizmo, we strive to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely. Please review our shipping details below:

Processing and Shipping Times:

Due to various factors such as the selected product, time of year and shipping option. Our processing times will vary. Larger products may take longer do to size and shipping source. If a lift gate is required, we cover that additional cost. Processing times take from 1 to 3 days, after processing and your order has been fulfilled shipping will take an additional 3 to 7 days. Overall delivery time will typically take from 4-10 days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping cost will vary depending on product, order price and the vendor that such product is coming from.
  • Most products will include free shipping; however, the shipping cost for each item will be clearly displayed on the product page for those that do not qualify for free shipping.

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We will then verify that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternative options.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we successfully process your payment, it will ship within three business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within four business days, please reach out to us at Support@TheGarageGizmo.com.

International Orders:

Please note that our products are designed specifically for the U.S. market and require a 120V electrical system to operate. They may not meet the electrical safety standards of other countries, but all our products are certified to U.S. standards.

We are happy to ship internationally. Due to the wide variety of product dimensions, we will provide an up-to-date shipping quote upon request. Once you approve the quote, we’ll prepare your order through our secure online payment gateway.

Damages:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery, or refuse the delivery.

If you accept the delivery and later discover damage, please take immediate photos of the damaged packaging and items. Send these photos to Support@TheGarageGizmo.com, and then visit our Returns page to submit your return claim online.
