Processing and Shipping Times

Processing times may vary depending on several factors, including the selected product, time of year, and chosen shipping method.
Larger or heavier items may require additional time due to their size and shipping origin.


Delivery Timeframe

Delivery timeframes depend on the size, weight, and shipping method of your order. Typically:

  • Smaller, lighter items shipped via common carriers arrive within 3-7 business days.

  • Larger, heavier items shipped via freight carriers may take 7-10 business days.

Overall, please allow 3-7 days for order processing and shipping.


Shipping Costs

Shipping cost will vary depending on the product, order price, and the vendor that the product is coming from.
Most products will include free shipping; however, the shipping cost for each item will be clearly displayed at checkout for those that do not qualify for free shipping.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.
We will then verify that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternative options.


Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we successfully process your payment, it will ship within three business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

International Orders

Please note that our products are designed specifically for the U.S. market and require a 120V electrical system to operate.
They may not meet the electrical safety standards of other countries, but all our products are certified to U.S. standards.

We are happy to ship internationally. Due to the wide variety of product dimensions, we will provide an up-to-date shipping quote upon request.
Once you approve the quote, we’ll prepare your order through our secure online payment gateway.


Damages

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging carefully.
If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery, or refuse the delivery.

If you accept the delivery and later discover damage:

  1. Take immediate photos of the damaged packaging and items.

  2. Send these photos to: Support@TheGarageGizmo.com

  3. Visit our Returns page to submit your return claim online.
