Return & Cancellation Policy

At The Garage Gizmo, we fully stand by every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes things change—or that what you ordered isn’t exactly what you expected.

That’s why we offer a 30-Day Free Return Policy.


Easy 30-Day Returns

If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receiving your order, please email us at:
Support@TheGarageGizmo.com
Include your order number, and we will send you detailed instructions on how to complete the return.

No hidden fees — all returns are completely free for our customers.


Refund Process

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), you will receive an email notification confirming that your return payment has been processed.


Important Conditions for Returns

To receive a refund, your returned item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Arrive at our distribution center in "Like New" condition

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

Like New” means:

  • No visible signs of wear

  • No damage from usage

If returned items show signs of wear or use-related issues, they will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Damages on Delivery

If your product arrives damaged, please:

  1. Note the damage immediately on the delivery receipt when signing

  2. Send photos of the damage to Support@TheGarageGizmo.com on the same day of delivery

We will cover the cost of shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Please keep all original packaging for any item that needs to be returned.
All returns must be authorized by our customer service before being processed.

We will ensure you get the correct product—undamaged and as expected—as quickly as possible.

Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable, unless otherwise covered under warranty.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order:

  • Email or call us immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

  • Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.

If the order has already shipped:

  • It will be subject to our 30-Day Return Policy

  • Return shipping costs will apply


Additional Return Policy Notes

  • If a specific vendor or product does not follow this return policy, it will be clearly noted in the product description or on the product’s return info section.

  • The Garage Gizmo only sells to customers who intend to use the product for the duration of its economic life.

Orders purchased for temporary use or one-time use are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Trade show or conference orders

  • Promotional companies

  • Event facilitators
