Below is important shipping information specifically for Atlas brand products, including lifts and heavy-duty shop equipment. These guidelines are provided to help ensure a smooth and informed delivery process for large freight items.

Standard Shipping Policy (Atlas Products Only)

  • All items over 100lbs ship LTL.

  • Shipping address must be a physical location, Atlas does not ship to p.o boxes

Note: Lift Gate, Residential Delivery, and Call-Ahead Services may incur additional fees. If any extra charges apply, you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.

Delivery Expectations

  • Freight Delivery Timeline: 3–5 business days (estimated) after shipment

  • A valid business address is strongly recommended to avoid delivery surcharges

  • Residential, farm, or limited access locations may result in additional freight charges

  • Signature is required for all freight deliveries

  • Freight deliveries arrive on 53' commercial trucks; a forklift or similar equipment is required for unloading

  • Customers are responsible for unloading the item from the truck (drivers do not assist)

Inspecting Your Shipment

Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully before signing. If you notice visible damage or suspect concealed damage:

  • Do not sign for the shipment without noting the damage on the waybill

  • If the damage is severe, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately

  • If you sign without noting damage, you will be responsible for filing a claim directly with the freight carrier

For large items such as lifts and shop equipment, always open the packaging and inspect thoroughly—concealed damage may not be visible from the outside.

Special Shipping Considerations for Atlas Lifts

  • Some carriers charge additional fees for:

    • Residential Delivery
